C919 Engineering Simulator and Validation Platform
Supporting operation of the C919 validation platform at COMAC, integrating system models in C++ and improving test throughput by 20%.
As a test and validation engineering intern at COMAC, I supported the operation and maintenance of the C919 engineering simulator and validation platform, covering high-fidelity data acquisition, fault investigation and compliance reporting.
I integrated and updated the engine and high-lift system models in C++ on Linux, verifying that simulation behaviour matched the expected performance envelope.
I also improved the platform’s configuration workflow and automation, raising test execution throughput by 20% and making the process more repeatable.
